What interview questions to ask a foreigner from another country?
I’m doing a paper in a cultural anthropology class at my school and it requires me to interview two people from different cultural backgrounds. I was wondering some clarifying questions I could ask to get as much useful information as possible from them. Any good interview questions provided would be much appreciated. Rewarding 10 points to the best. Thanks.
You can ask about the form of the relationship between man and a woman. What distinguish his/ her country from the cultural, social and political aspects. If one intends to visit his country, what are the places to visit. You can ask about the gestures because some hand gestures are acceptable in one country and forbidden in others. You can ask about their food and their table manners. You can ask about religion. You can also ask about the tradition. Tourism is a good subject too.
What Questions will be asked during interview for Corrections Officer?
Hello, I have an interview soon for the position of corrections officer for a federal facility in Minnesota. I was wondering what type of questions will be asked in this initial interview? Are they going to be commonly asked interview questions, or different from the usual because of the job at steak? I would love for the answer to come from someone who is currently a corrections officer, or from someone who has been there and done that. Also, any tips on how to answer?
I work for the DOC in North Carolina. When I interviewed almost all of the questions related to the job. Ex: If a inmate were to raise their voice or curse at you how would you deal with the situation? Pretty much if you give a common sense answer that they WANT to hear you’ll do fine. I think I answered that question like “I would explain to them that I treat them fair and with respect and I expect them to give me the same respect.” Hope that helps. I’m finishing up my 3rd week of the BCO training after being on the job 7 months. Hope that helps.
What are good interview questions for this job?
I recently went on an interview at a beauty salon for a Receptionist position. It ended up going very well,so much so,that the owner wants me to come back this Thursday for a 2nd interview. This time she wants me to ask more questions about the job. I need help figuring out what questions to ask.
What are your suggestions and question I should ask about this job? Please help, this interview is 10 AM tomorrow. If they like me,would I get a third interview? How many questions am I allowed to ask?
I would ask the interviewer what she is looking for in the ideal candidate for this job. Then I would respond to that by mentioning qualities and abilities that you have that would fulfill the requirements stated. I would ask what the job description is for the position; what are all of the duties involved. Again, I would respond that you are very interested in doing what the job requires and that you have the ability to perform those duties professionally. Show enthusiasm. You can ask what the hours are, if there are any benefits, if there is an employee handbook to read. You can ask, what qualities in a candidate for this job do you think would stand out for you. You can ask if there is a certain dress code that they require for the receptionist position.
